These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Teavon mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Content and copyright
Teavon acts as a personal bookmarking and utility tool. You may import publicly available links from third-party platforms (such as Instagram and TikTok) for your personal, non-commercial use. Teavon does not host third-party videos or media on its own servers for distribution, and does not claim ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights in the recipes, media, or other content made available by those platforms or their users. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to save and how you use it, and you must comply with the terms and policies of any third-party service from which you import links.
2. Premium subscriptions
Teavon may offer auto-renewable Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google under their respective terms. Unless you cancel before the end of a billing period, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device or account settings: on iOS, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions (or manage subscriptions in the App Store account settings); on Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Deleting the Teavon app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
